Step 1:
Contact ndiyoproviderplan (NPP) at +61 497 224 590 to speak with one of our friendly Customer Care Coordinators who will guide you through the process. The costs for this services may be covered by government depending on your eligibility for government funding.
Step 2:
Register with My Aged Care over the phone 1800 200 422 or online to determine eligibility and what funded program is right for you.
Step 3:
After you have registered, you will be contacted by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) assessor to arrange a time to complete a home assessment with you. This assessment will help you determine which services are most suitable for you and best meet your needs. After the assessment, you will be notified by My Aged Care of the level of support and the services that you have been approved of.
